Farmyard Poppies - Limited Edition Giclée Print - 40 x 50 cm
This is a Limited Edition Giclée Print of my original "Farmyard Poppies" watercolour painting. Please click on the image to see the full painting. Last summer this beautiful cluster of exotic poppies sprung up at the side of the track leading to the farmyard, and we have no idea where the seeds blew in from!
There are two available at the moment - one with a straight edge and the other with a deckle edge (similar to the original sheet of handmade paper) so that you can top mount it.
Only 95 will be produced in total. I sign and number each print individually on the front and sign and date on the reverse and wrap in acid-free tissue paper. The print comes unmounted and unframed, ready for you to add a mount and frame of your choice.
The original has been digitally photographed and printed on beautiful Hahnemuhle rough texture 310gsm watercolour paper with Epson Utrachrome HDR (high dynamic range) archival quality pigment inks on an Epson Stylus Pro 7900 printer. All that means is that it's colour and texture are as close as you will get to the original painting, without the price-tag!
If you would like this in another size please email me and I will arrange that immediately with my printer. As this is a digital print, he can produce it in any size that you want without any loss of colour or clarity, and either with or without a border. If you are thinking of buying a frame “off the shelf” it’s handy to have a border on the image but if you are considering a custom frame and mount for the print you may want it without the white border. Just contact me if you have any queries about the sizing. I can also gift wrap if wanted.
